RETURN POLICY


    We do not accept ANY returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. No refunds for any reason.

FAULTY ITEMS


If your item is faulty upon receipt, please email: info@barebyshanna.co with pictures of the item within 3

 days of receiving your order and we will accommodate you and your order. We will not issue a refund but will offer store credit or exchange for the same item (color and size) as the original order. 


SIZING

Items are sized using the standard US Men's size Chart (unless noted otherwise). For Items noted with an “oversized fit”, it is advised that you order a full size down for a more traditional fit. 


SHIPPING INFORMATION

We use USPS Priority Mail shipping services. There is a flat shipping fee of $4.50 USD for any Domestic order under $175.00 USD and $6.50 USD for international orders under $200.00 USD. Any order over $175.00 USD Domestic and $200.00 USD international, will receive free shipping. Your item will be processed within 1-3 Business days upon completing online order and your package will be delivered within 1-5 days of receiving shipping confirmation. If you have not received your order on time but have USPS shipping info, please email info@barebyshanna.co about your order and we will do our best to help locate your package. Please understand that we are not responsible for any delivery delays by USPS due to natural causes.
